A leading investment bank is seeking a Technical Delivery / Project Manager to lead strategic technology, operational resilience, and business technology transformation change initiatives across EMEA.

Initial 6-month contract supporting a multi-year programme of work.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex change, strengthening operational resilience, and supporting regulatory priorities, while working closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners.

The Role

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and operational resilience programmes, ensuring successful outcomes through effective planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic technology and operational resilience initiatives.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, resources, dependencies, and third-party suppliers across EMEA.
  • Establish effective governance, reporting, and steering processes for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, regulatory commitments, and resilience priorities.
  • Work closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver sustainable change.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, operating models, and resilience capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strengthen organisational resilience and operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic roadmaps and broader transformation initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager / Project Manager within banking, with a track record of delivering operational resilience and/or business technology change initiatives.
  • Strong experience delivering operational resilience, technology, or business change across complex organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory experience.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and complex dependencies.
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, and/or ITIL qualifications are desirable.
