Altana is the network for trusted trade.

Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing.

The Opportunity at Altana

We’re looking for a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our public sector customers, guiding them in effectively and efficiently operating Altana’s platform. As a TAM, you’ll be the driving force behind user adoption, product enablement, and value realisation, ensuring overall customer success. You’ll be our customers’ champion, serving as their day-to-day relationship manager, conducting regular check-ins, and helping their end users consistently translate product insights into operational value.

Internally, you’ll articulate recurring customer needs and pain points to the business, wrangle cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver on planned deliverables for your user base, and develop account strategies to strengthen our ongoing partnership with customers. You’ll evolve into a power use of Altana’s products and will use this knowledge to stimulate growth of product usage, up-selling, and cross-selling expansions. You will own the success of our customer deployments, focusing heavily on value creation and customer outcomes.

You Will

  • Manage successful customer deployments and technical work streams from end-to-end, with the ability to effectively manage priorities, deliver on-time, and communicate effectively internally and with customers.
  • Become a power-user of the Atlas platform, then support Public Sector customers in rapidly achieving value, while identifying new use cases to address customer pain points.
  • Own customer relationships including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and leveraging data-driven insights to astonish our clients while promptly relaying valuable feedback to the appropriate Altana teams.
  • Respond to user support queries and build processes that enable us to scale our TAM functions as our customer base increases.
  • Be held accountable for effectively synthesising and communicating feedback to the product team.
  • Coordinate the specification of new or expanded features, involving deep collaboration with Altana’s Product & Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with our Implementation Engineering team to ensure successful delivery and work closely with our Sales Engineering team to identify and prioritise growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and capitalise on expansion opportunities, transforming them into reality.
  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, connecting day-to-day account management with broader commercial and product goals.
  • Grow to become an expert in how governments and enterprises can leverage technology to address supply chain risk, trade enforcement and trade facilitation use cases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
