We're looking for a highly capable Technical Delivery Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of delivering complex SaaS implementation and technical projects for our customers.
This is a pivotal role that combines project leadership, technical understanding, customer relationship management and commercial awareness. You'll work closely with customers, product teams, developers and implementation specialists to ensure successful outcomes, while also helping us leverage AI and automation to continuously improve delivery performance.

What You'll Be Doing
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation and technical projects.
- Manage project plans, resources, dependencies, risks and timelines.
- Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer results.
Customer Success & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation projects.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption and transition to support.
- Ensure customer expectations are managed and exceeded wherever possible.

Technical Solution Delivery
- Work with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into effective delivery plans.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to shape solutions.
- Support integration, data and technical implementation activities.
Commercial & Growth Support
- Identify opportunities to add value for customers.
- Support change requests, additional services and consulting opportunities.
- Contribute to customer retention, growth and long-term success.
AI & Innovation
- Use AI tools to improve project planning, reporting and delivery efficiency.
- Automate administrative activities and streamline project processes.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements both internally and for customers.
- Champion responsible adoption of AI technologies across the business.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Experience delivering complex SaaS, software or technical implementation projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand technical architecture, integrations, APIs and data flows
- Experience managing multiple priorities and customer-facing projects
- Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused thinking

AI & Digital Skills
- Experience using AI-powered tools within a professional environment
- Ability to use AI to improve reporting, planning, documentation and analysis
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance and data security principles
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technology
Desirable
- PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP or equivalent qualification
- SaaS, enterprise software or technology-enabled services experience
- Manufacturing, production, ERP, MES or industrial software experience
- Customer Success experience
- Process improvement and automation experience
