We are supporting a fast-growing AI SaaS business with the appointment of a Technical Professional Services Manager.

Initially, your focus will be on leading and delivering complex Professional Services projects for customers post go-live, ensuring they maximise value from our client’s innovative AI-driven platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll personally scope, design and deliver customer workflow automation projects, translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their processes, build automated workflows and integrations and support successful implementations while establishing the governance, methodologies and operational frameworks required to support future growth of the Professional Services function.

Working closely with the COO and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of customer delivery. As the business scales, you'll be responsible for building and developing a Professional Services team, introducing new consultancy and optimisation services, and taking ownership of the wider customer journey across Professional Services, Customer Success and Onboarding. The role offers a clear pathway towards Director-level leadership as the function and team continue to expand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
