TECHNICAL DESIGNER | LONDON | D&B WORKPLACE
Are you a Technical Designer with strong Revit and CAD experience, looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced Design & Build workplace environment? I’m working with an established London-based D&B workplace specialist that is looking to bring a talented Technical Designer into their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking projects from concept through to detailed technical design and delivery, working closely with designers, project teams, contractors and clients to bring workplace schemes to life.
The Role
You’ll be involved in producing high-quality technical information and drawings across a range of exciting commercial workplace and fit-out projects.

You’ll work closely with the wider design and delivery teams, helping to ensure projects are technically robust, coordinated and ready for construction.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Designer / Technical Design role (3+ years)
- D&B workplace / commercial fit-out experience is essential
- Strong Revit skills
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Good understanding of construction, detailing and technical design
- Experience producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
- Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and project stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced D&B environment

Package
£30,000 – £40,000 + benefits (depending on experience.) 📍 London
