Technical Director (Electrical)
Exceptional projects require exceptional leadership. As Technical Director (Electrical), you will be at the forefront of delivering engineering excellence across a portfolio of highly complex and strategically important projects.
This is a key leadership role combining technical authority, business influence, client engagement and people development. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing technical leadership across electrical engineering projects.
- Defining engineering standards and best practice.
- Supporting complex project design and delivery activities.
- Leading technical reviews and quality assurance processes.
- Building and maintaining strategic client relationships.
- Supporting recruitment, mentoring and team development.
- Contributing to business growth and market expansion initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Significant experience in electrical engineering consultancy leadership.
- Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and power systems.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Excellent client-facing capability.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Degree-qualified and professionally accredited where applicable.
