Technical Director – AI & Digital Products
📍 London (Oxford Circus) | Hybrid (3 days per week)
💰 £100k + Benefits
An exciting and industry leading digital experience agency is seeking a Technical Director to lead the delivery of AI-powered digital products across web, mobile and conversational platforms. You'll combine technical leadership, architecture and hands-on engineering to create innovative experiences for some of the UK's most recognised brands.
What You'll Do:
- Lead architecture and technical strategy for web, app and AI-driven products
- Drive the adoption of Generative AI, LLMs and conversational experiences
- Provide hands-on leadership across C#/.NET, cloud and full-stack development
- Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practice
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Data teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience delivering scalable digital products
- Expert knowledge of C#/.NET and modern API architectures
- JavaScript / TypeScript expertise
- Azure, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Practical experience implementing AI and LLM solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
- LangChain, Semantic Kernel or agentic AI frameworks
- OpenAI, Claude or other LLM integrations
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
