Technical Engineering Manager
Location: Bristol area – hybrid working
Salary: £80,000–£90,000 plus bonus
Outsource UK’s client is a global engineering and technology business that develops advanced vacuum and emissions-management systems for semiconductor and other high-tech manufacturing environments. They are seeking a Technical Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the development and introduction of innovative new products. Acting as the technical authority, you will ensure solutions are reliable, compliant, manufacturable and delivered on time, within budget and to specification.

About You
- Degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
- Extensive systems development and integration experience.
- Proven success leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong technical leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and working internationally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
