Technical Engineering Lead
Gloucester / Cheltenham
Package: DOE very competitive!
We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Lead to manage a multidisciplinary engineering team and oversee the technical delivery of complex Industrial Construction projects from initial design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across mechanical, process, electrical, building services and wider engineering disciplines.
- Provide technical direction throughout the design, construction, commissioning and handover stages of projects.
- Lead coordinated design reviews, ensuring engineering solutions are practical, compliant and suitable for construction.
- Resolve complex technical issues while managing engineering risks, resources and project priorities.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and Project Managers to maintain quality and successful project delivery.

About You
- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams within construction, manufacturing, process engineering or building services.
- Strong understanding of engineering design management and coordination across multiple technical disciplines.
- Confident managing complex projects and making important technical decisions.
- An effective communicator capable of working with technical teams, clients, contractors and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, commercially aware and committed to developing people and improving engineering standards.
