Industry Technical Executive

The Industry Technical Executive is accountable for ensuring technical excellence, solution credibility, and customer value realization in the IEM industry. This role drives the technical execution of the Value Engagement framework, ensuring that 3DS solutions are architected, validated, and communicated effectively to meet client transformation objectives.

The Industry Technical Executive serves as the trusted technical authority for key customers, bridging the gap between business vision and solution implementation. They guide technical teams, safeguard solution quality, and ensure alignment with both customer strategy and 3DS portfolio evolution.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Set and execute technical direction aligned with account and industry goals
  • Lead value‑focused discovery, validation, and solution definition
  • Serve as the authority for architecture, integration, and technical design
  • Validate proposals against 3DS roadmap and best practices
  • Guide cross‑functional teams through all engagement phases
  • Manage scoping, risks, resources, and quality for transformation programs
  • Build trusted relationships and advocate customer priorities within 3DS
  • Drive governance & innovation

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales for complex enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of industry processes, business challenges, and technology landscape across IEM industry
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams on large transformation projects
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, integration, and digital transformation methodologies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to influence at executive levels
  • Experience with the Value Engagement or similar value-based selling frameworks preferred
