NOW HIRING: TWO Technical Field Service Engineers | MiMA Forklifts UK | Midlands Hub
MiMA Forklifts UK is expanding rapidly, and we’re growing our technical support team to keep pace.
We’re recruiting two experienced Technical Field Service Engineers to support our growing UK dealer network, commission new equipment, solve complex technical issues, and become an important part of our after sales operation.
If you know electric forklifts inside out, particularly articulated and multi directional trucks, this is an opportunity to join MiMA at an exciting stage of its UK growth.
The role
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across a range of forklift models
- Support MiMA dealers with technical queries, on site assistance, and warranty assessments
- Carry out planned maintenance, pre delivery inspections, and commissioning of new equipment
- Provide technical training and guidance to dealer engineers
- Work closely with our operations and sales teams to minimize customer downtime
- Accurately report field activity, parts usage, and warranty claims

Essential experience
- Extensive hands on experience with electric forklifts, particularly articulated and multi directional models
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic ability across 48V and 80V lithium systems
- Familiarity with CAN bus systems, inverter drives, and electronic control systems
- Forklift industry experience is essential. Counterbalance experience alone will not be sufficient
- Full UK driving licence
