Technical Growth Lead
Job Overview
This is a hands-on growth leadership role focused on turning developer interest into measurable activation and qualified pipeline. You’ll own the funnel from signup through activation and sales opportunity, working closely with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Design, Content, and company leadership. The role combines growth strategy with technical execution, requiring you to build experiments, demos, campaigns, lifecycle programs, and data-driven reporting yourself. You’ll also explore emerging AI-native channels and workflows to discover new ways of reaching and converting technical audiences. Success will be measured through tangible business outcomes, with rapid experimentation and fast resource reallocation at the heart of the role. It’s an ideal opportunity for a technical growth builder who enjoys autonomy, shipping frequently, and seeing their work directly influence company growth.
Accountabilities
- Own the developer-led growth funnel, including signups, activation, qualified pipeline, and progression from initial product interest to sales opportunity.
- Build and maintain a trusted weekly view of funnel performance from signup through activation and opportunity, using insights to drive decisions and improvements.
- Define high-intent lead criteria in partnership with Sales and RevOps, and build effective scoring, routing, and alerting processes.
- Establish and monitor lead-response processes to ensure high-intent prospects receive timely human follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a consistent public content and shipping cadence, including technical demos, examples, product teardowns, build-in-public content, and other developer-focused assets.
- Collaborate directly with engineers and content specialists to create technically credible growth assets and campaigns.
- Explore and develop AI-native growth channels, including agent skills, MCP servers, developer-tool integrations, and visibility within AI assistants.
- Design experiments to measure the effectiveness of emerging AI channels, rapidly scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing ineffective ones.
- Plan and execute focused growth campaigns with clearly defined target audiences, offers, objectives, and sales follow-up.
- Own lifecycle email programs and in-product activation initiatives using HubSpot or comparable tools, with a focus on driving users toward meaningful product usage.
- Continuously analyze performance and reallocate time and budget toward activities that generate the strongest pipeline impact.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure growth initiatives translate into qualified commercial conversations.
- Establish the core growth infrastructure and operating rhythms required to scale developer acquisition and activation.
- Deliver measurable early-stage outcomes, including a reliable signup-to-pipeline dashboard, lead-routing SLAs, a regular public shipping cadence, and targeted campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
