About the opportunity
You will lead multiple Integration activities for multiple customers, under the direction of the Project Managers. These include (but are not limited to) DFLink file exports, Standard Integrations, Web Service API support and use of our Integration Studio software. Project responsibilities include customer requirements gathering, design, development and managing of the developers of the integration solution. Setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to junior consultants, proactively identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager. Responsibilities also include coordinating with Technical Consultants, Mappers and CDX Analysts and other related project activities, communicating with internal and external customers and documentation of project throughout the lifecycle.
We put the customer at the centre of everything we do. You will focus on helping our customers transform every area of HCM to help them succeed with Dayforce. You will provide best-in-class guidance to maximise the value of their Dayforce investment.
What you’ll get to do
- Provide Implementation Services to Customers
- Work with key stakeholders to understand and help to shape the strategy and vision for the solution with regards to integrations
- Develop and maintain the architecture vision and roadmaps for the solution
- Identify opportunities for the use of existing Dayforce technology in delivering integration solutions
- Support the design of logical and physical components of the solution
- Collaborate with the customer, 3rd parties and Dayforce’s PM to deliver the solutions
- Ensure that the design of the end-to-end solution are consistent and conform with the integration strategy and architectural principles of Dayforce

Skills and experience we value
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understand the impact of decisions on delivery and/or financial implications
- Contribute to internal Implementation initiatives
- Document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository
- Document best practices and share with the Practice, respond to questions
Focus on Continuing Education
- Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release
Skills and experience we value
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting or 2+ years of experience in a Time & Attendance/Rostering, HR, Payroll Software role
- Experience with software in a SaaS (Software as a Service) / Cloud computing environment
- Experience with one or more of the following applications: Dayforce (preferred), Workday, SalesForce.com, SAP Success Factors, Kronos, Oracle HR/Payroll
- Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent customer relationship and business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding data architecture
- Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
- Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and guide solution building through peer reviews and other QA activities
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Technical Skills Requirements
- Strong communication skills to provide robust documentation that can be reviewed by Senior Technical resources from our customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS Systems
- Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
- Skilled in Web Services
- Experience with Integrations / API
- Experience with File Exports

- Coming from a Programming background
- Excel manipulation such as PowerQuery
- SOAP / Restful API
- SQL Scripting
- Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi
