EA Mobility is looking for an experienced, relationship-driven business development professional to join our client-focused team.
This is a full-time, predominantly field-based role covering the South of England, from the Midlands to the South Coast. We are flexible about location, although Oxfordshire or Berkshire would be ideal.
The Role
You will help grow our network and promote our home-adaptation solutions—primarily accessible bathrooms—and specialist equipment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong referral relationships with Occupational Therapists, case managers and mobility-equipment resellers
- Building and nurturing relationships with local-authority contacts involved in Disabled Facilities Grant work
- Promoting and demonstrating our unique Gripo support-pole system
- Generating new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Planning and delivering consistent, KPI-driven business development activity
- Monitoring performance against agreed activity, relationship-development and commercial targets
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on opportunities, activity and results
- Representing EA Mobility with professionalism, technical knowledge and a genuinely client-centred approach

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong business development track record within the healthcare, mobility or home-adaptations sector
- Established relationships with OTs, case managers and other relevant industry contacts
- A good understanding of home adaptations and the needs of clients, healthcare professionals and local authorities
- The confidence to conduct engaging face-to-face product demonstrations
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively within a KPI-led environment
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and commercial skills
- A full UK driving licence, which is essential for this position

The position is available for an immediate start, although we are happy to agree a suitable start date for the right candidate. Please be aware that overnight stays may be required at times.
