Job Title

Technical IFA Administrator, Central London (2 days a week in the office), £35,000 – £42,000

A boutique, and FTAdviser shortlisted Chartered Independent Financial Planning practice is looking for a Technical IFA Administrator to directly support a Senior Adviser and Senior Paraplanner on a pod team basis.


Role Description

This role would suit an experienced Financial Planning/IFA Administrator who has strong technical experience and has had exposure to assisting with suitability reports, alongside actively studying for their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.

Requirements

What’s needed to be considered?

  • Experience in a Financial Planning environment as an IFA Administrator, Client Services, Senior Administrator or Junior Paraplanner
  • Working towards or obtained the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII)
  • Exposure to contributing to suitability reports
  • Experience using IO, XPlan, Curo or similar back office systems is essential
  • Proven experience of providing quality support to Financial Planners & Paraplanners
