Technical Implementation Lead
The Technical Implementation Lead is responsible for the technical delivery of Vew implementations for new customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role sitting at the intersection of implementation delivery, integrations, technical consulting, and stakeholder management.
You'll act as the main technical link between the customer, Project Manager, and DOCOsoft technical teams, leading technical discovery, resolving implementation challenges, and ensuring integrations, environments, security, data flows, and technical readiness are successfully delivered from discovery through to go-live. You'll work closely with Solution Architecture, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data Migration, and Product, bringing in specialist expertise where required while remaining accountable for driving technical implementation questions through to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for the customer throughout the implementation.
- Lead technical discovery and integration workshops with the support of Solution Architect.
- Understand the customer’s systems, integration requirements, data flows, and technical constraints.
- Define and document integration requirements, technical decisions, dependencies, and actions.
- Coordinate technical activity across the Customer, Project Management, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data Migration, Product, and Solution Architecture.
- Manage customer technical questions through to resolution.
- Confirm that proposed integrations use supported Vew capabilities and standard implementation patterns.
- Identify product gaps, bespoke requests, and technical risks, escalating them through the appropriate channels.
- Coordinate integration configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production readiness.
- Support technical cutover, go-live, and early-life support.
- Maintain reusable technical documentation, implementation standards, and customer integration guidance.
- Protect Engineering capacity by involving specialists only where their expertise or a formal product decision is required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
