Technical Implementation Manager
Competitive, dependent on experience
Daresbury (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
TrustTech Recruitment are working with an established SaaS company who are looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to join their team. As a Technical Implementation Manager you will be working on customer implementations, technical discovery, solution design and integrations, helping turn complex requirements into practical software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical workshops with customers to understand requirements, existing systems and integration needs.
- Translate customer challenges into clear technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Support solution architecture, API integrations and technical design.
- Build proof of concepts to validate proposed approaches before development begins.
- Work closely with engineering, product and delivery teams throughout implementation.
- Use AI tools to support prototyping, API investigation and technical discovery.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and feasibility issues early in the process.
- Produce clear technical documentation covering requirements, integrations and proposed solutions.
- Act as a key technical point of contact for customers during discovery and delivery.

Key Skills Required:
- Experience in technical implementation, solutions, delivery or a similar SaaS role.
- Confident leading customer workshops and technical discussions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and software architecture.
- Experience with Node.js, React, JavaScript and PostgreSQL
- Exposure to .NET and SQL would be beneficial.
- Experience building proofs of concept and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude or similar.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across both modern and legacy technology environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
