Technical Solutions & Implementation Manager

About the Company

A fast-growing technology company building a B2B SaaS platform for the clean energy sector. Our customers operate in complex, data-rich environments, and we help them modernise their businesses through technology, automation, and better data.

We’re looking for a Technical Solutions & Implementation Manager to help scale how we deliver value to our customers and build a world-class Client Delivery function.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to build and shape our Technical Implementation function as the company scales. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, taking ownership of technical delivery from implementation through to successful adoption. This is a player-coach role: you’ll lead and develop the Technical Solutions team while personally managing selected complex and strategically important customer implementations. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with sophisticated customers, leading people, and building scalable processes.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Build Client Delivery

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer implementation and delivery process.
  • Establish scalable processes, project discipline, and ways of working as the company grows.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks, and intervene or escalate where required.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Technical Solutions team.
  • Allocate accounts and projects and establish effective planning and team rituals.
  • Help shape the future structure and capabilities of the Client Delivery organisation.

Own Complex Customer Implementations

  • Personally lead selected complex or strategically important implementations.
  • Understand customer business processes, systems, data, and technical requirements.
  • Analyse complex customer environments, including ETRMs, billing platforms, ERPs, and CRMs.
  • Design robust data and integration strategies.
  • Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Lead implementation plans through to successful delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues and work directly with customers to drive resolution.
  • Contribute to integrations, scripting, and automation where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
