Up to £60,000 | Hybrid (Birmingham 1-2 days per week)
We're supporting a growing SaaS business in the automotive technology sector looking to hire a Technical Implementation Manager to help deliver software solutions for customers and act as the bridge between commercial, technical, and product teams.
This role would suit someone with a background in automotive technology or automotive SaaS who enjoys working directly with customers while also being comfortable discussing requirements and solutions with engineering teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading customer implementations from discovery through to go-live
- Managing onboarding and adoption of software platforms
- Gathering and translating business requirements into technical deliverables
- Acting as the key link between customers, Product, and Engineering teams
- Running workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Managing implementation timelines and ensuring successful delivery
- Building strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting continuous improvement of implementation processes

What We're Looking For
- Essential experience within automotive technology, automotive SaaS, dealership software, fleet software, or related automotive platforms
- Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations
- Customer-facing delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Requirements gathering and workshop facilitation experience
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of software delivery and implementation methodologies
- Comfortable working between customers, product teams, and engineers
