Referment is working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company to hire a Technical Solutions Manager to take ownership of complex enterprise customer integrations while helping improve the underlying technical product.

This is a hybrid role sitting between customers, Product and Engineering, combining approximately 60% technical solutioning and implementation with 40% product and platform improvement.

You'll lead complex integrations from discovery through to launch, working directly with enterprise customers across APIs, SSO, SFTP and data flows. You'll then use what you learn from those implementations to identify recurring problems and help turn them into scalable product capabilities.

The Role - Technical Solutions & Implementation

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery through to successful launch.
  • Acting as the principal technical contact for customers during implementation.
  • Designing integration approaches across APIs, SSO, SFTP and other integration methods.
  • Running technical kick-offs, progress meetings and troubleshooting sessions.
  • Supporting technical pre-sales conversations and assessing solution fit.
  • Investigating complex integration issues using APIs, JSON, configuration data and logs.
  • Working closely with Product and Engineering where new development is required.
  • Managing technical stakeholders across customers, internal teams and third-party providers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
