Technical Implementation Contractor / Application Product Manager / Support Specialist

Outside IR35 | Up to 12 Month Contract | UK Travel

About the Role

We’re supporting a major UK-wide business transformation programme that will see hundreds of operational sites migrated onto a new enterprise technology platform.

This is a hands-on role sitting somewhere between technology implementation, application delivery and support hypercare.

Initially, you’ll work with operational and technology teams on data discovery, migration readiness, solution testing and implementation planning. You’ll get properly under the skin of the new platform – understanding not only how the technology works, but the business processes behind it.

As rollout gathers pace, you’ll support implementations across multiple UK sites, working through go-live and hypercare and becoming a key product SME and escalation point when issues arise. You don’t need to be a developer, but you do need to be technically curious, comfortable troubleshooting applications and integrations, and willing to become genuinely knowledgeable about the product rather than simply coordinating delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
