Technical Implementation & Integration Specialist - Outside IR35 Contract
Coupa | Tonkean | Procurement Technology | Enterprise Integration
Remote First | UK Based | Outside IR35
We are looking for a technically minded Implementation & Integration Specialist to join our client's team to support the delivery and ongoing development of a modern procurement technology environment.
The role sits across technology, procurement and business transformation, with responsibility for connecting enterprise platforms, configuring procurement functionality and ensuring processes work reliably end to end.
The role
You will support the development, configuration, integration and improvement of a procurement intake and orchestration environment using Tonkean and Coupa.
You will work across DEV, Test/UAT and Production environments, supporting integrations, configuration, testing and deployment.

Integration
- Build and support integrations between Tonkean, Coupa and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure reliable data flows between systems.
- Support API, file-based and other integration methods.
- Investigate failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain scalable and supportable integrations.
Environment management
- Configure solutions across DEV, Test/UAT and Production.
- Manage configuration and technical changes between environments.
- Support controlled deployments and "lift and shift" activities.
- Maintain deployment and configuration documentation.
Coupa configuration
- Configure and support the Coupa Project Management module.
- Translate business and procurement requirements into system configuration.
- Support workflow, process and data configuration.
Testing & troubleshooting
- Plan and execute technical and integration testing.
- Diagnose defects and integration issues.
- Work with internal teams and technology partners to resolve problems.
- Validate fixes and support production releases.

Implementation & continuous improvement
- Support releases, enhancements and technical changes.
- Contribute to deployment planning and release readiness.
- Identify improvements to reliability, automation and user experience.
- Develop BAU support and knowledge-transfer documentation.
What we're looking for
- Coupa implementation, configuration or integration.
- Tonkean or similar procurement/intake platforms.
- Enterprise SaaS integration.
- Procurement, Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay technology.
- APIs, data flows and system integration.
- DEV / Test / Production environment management.
- Deployment, testing and technical troubleshooting.
- Business process configuration.
- Working with technology vendors and business stakeholders.
