An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Implementation Specialist to join the Digital and Data Services Team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
About the Role
Working as part of the Desktop Implementation Team, you will primarily be responsible for the technical support, solution scoping, and deployment of a range of Video Conferencing solutions, whilst also contributing to the broader team's support and rollout of a range of end user facing technologies and applications.
While the role is based at the Manufacturing and Innovation Hub premises in Seaton Delaval, you will be required to travel to other Trust sites such as:
- North Tyneside General Hospital
- Hexham General Hospital
- The Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital in Cramlington

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, solution scoping, and deployment for Video Conferencing solutions
- Contribute to the broader team's support and rollout of end user facing technologies and applications
- Travel to other Trust sites as required
Requirements
- Recent and comprehensive experience in installing and supporting Video Conferencing hardware, software, and allied specialist equipment in a corporate environment
- Experience of providing customer-focused support service to end users, including complex problem-solving and resolution
- Ability to manage workload to deliver in line with project expectations and meet response and resolution targets within the Service Level Agreement
- Specialist knowledge of the processes involved with providing a technical IT service, covering device management, server and networking knowledge
- Commitment to learning and self-development of skills and knowledge
