Technical Inspector (full time, 35 hours)
Salary: EVH Grade 7 £42,707 - £46,895
Essential car user allowance £1,795

25 days annual leave plus 15 public holidays
Hours: 35 hours, over 5 days,
Office opening hours Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 3.30pm
we are operating 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Manor Estates Housing Association is seeking to recruit a full-time (35 hours) Technical Inspector to join our busy Property Services team. We manage over 1000 tenanted properties and provide factoring services to over 1700 residents.

The role is to ensure the delivery of a responsive, effective, and efficient property service. The postholder will be expected to carry out a range of technical services including void inspections as well as monitor both reactive and planned maintenance activities. You must be committed to the delivery of customer-focused services, aiming to always provide a high-quality response, and have experience of prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
The post holder will report to the Property Services Manager.
