Responsibilities

To be a first point of contact for remedial and technical issues related to all worksurface materials and processes.

To support the sales team by using technical expertise to provide resolution for customer complaints which will enable professional delivery of the message in a customer-focused and consistent manner.

Key Objectives

  • Carry out inspection visits and minor repair work on customer sites when required.
  • Use technical expertise to investigate problems, test solutions and feed back to customers (via Sales Advisers) in a timely fashion.
  • Support sales advisers in delivering information to customers, utilising conference call facilities if appropriate.
  • Plan remedials as required, including timescales and all costs, in liaison with the appropriate sales adviser and diary planner.
  • Create remedial packs in conjunction with CAD and manufacturing departments.
  • Escalate any conflicts to Vincent Callaghan / David Mann for resolution.
  • Update CSF reports on completion of all work related to the CSF.
  • Arrange closing calls with sales advisers.
  • Carry out monthly analysis of issues to identify recurring problems from which an action plan can be created for issue to T&I contractors.
