We’re looking for a Technical Insulation Manager to join our Building Envelope Technical Services team
Hybrid – 80% office based with flexibility around core hours to support your lifestyle

Sika manufacture, design, innovate an extensive range of flat roofing systems – our brands Sarnafil, Sikaplan, Sikalastic and Sikashield are some of the most recognised throughout the globe for being the most durable, reliable and sustainable solutions available.
Our Technical team support a wide range of flat roofing projects across the UK and are well established as industry experts. We are well tasked with offering enhanced levels of design, information and support to customers and are continually evolving the team to ensure we meet the needs of stakeholders.

Purpose of the Role
We are looking to take our insulation offering to the next level. As insulation forms a substantial part of our overall roofing system, we seek an experienced individual to manage the processes and systems that allow us to ensure that these components are designed, calculated and specified correctly. Working across all insulation types including flat board and tapered schemes this person will support our team to ensure they are selecting the right products for the right project.

You will report to the Head of Technical Services who will support and mentor you in your work. You will have the opportunity to undertake practical and theoretical training to support you during your establishment in the role. Sika offers additional training and assistance for all types of development where needed.

Qualifications
What we need from you?
- A substantial working knowledge of flat roof insulation design
- A good knowledge of Building Regulations in relation to Fire and Part L
- The ability to manage different stakeholders through insulation supply routes
- A good work ethic with the ability to work alone or with a team
