Love solving technical problems but still enjoy working with people?
We're looking for a technical, client-facing Integration Consultant to help some of the UK's leading financial services firms integrate and deliver cutting-edge digital advice solutions.
You'll be the trusted technical advisor for clients, leading workshops, designing integration solutions, and working closely with engineers, architects, and senior business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into successful outcomes.
If you're someone who enjoys discussing APIs and Python one minute, then presenting solutions to clients the next, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Lead client discovery workshops and technical design sessions
- Act as the primary technical contact throughout implementation projects
- Design and deliver API-led integration solutions
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Define data mappings, workflows, and integration specifications
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal product teams
- Present recommendations, solution designs, and project updates to clients
- Help shape best practices and delivery approaches across the business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
