We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, UK (Remote, Contract) to lead the delivery of enterprise technology projects across software development, infrastructure, and systems integration. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, formal change control, stakeholder management, and delivery experience, with the ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders. Business fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing complex enterprise technology projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in project governance, planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, risk management, RAID management, and formal change control.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Iterative, Incremental, and traditional SDLC methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, and software quality frameworks including ISO, CMM/CMMI, and Six Sigma.
- Experience managing software development, infrastructure, systems integration, technology transformation, and third-party/vendor-led projects.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planview, Monday.com, or equivalent enterprise project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
