D365 Technical Lead

Dynamics CRM & Power Platform

Location: London/Hybrid (2 days per week in London)
Salary: £110,000 + exceptional pension + Bonus

About your new Company:

As a leader in the financial industry, they have a dedicated, high performing CRM team that you will be leading to enhance their digital capabilities and provide exceptional service to their valued clients.

Your new role:

As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in the CRM team, you will shape the future of Dynamics for the organisation. Working with Architects and Developers to set the future strategy of CRM.

In this role, you won’t just maintain systems, you’ll drive transformation. You’ll work together with the business to develop and implement an AI strategy, expanding your knowledge and impact in one of the most exciting areas of tech.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in Dynamics CRM leadership, specifically with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience modules
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM from a development and architecture background
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud
  • Experience of the Power Platform, primarily Power Automate & Power Apps
  • The ability to communicate with internal stakeholders in the business to bring the platform to life and ensure the continued success of the platform
  • Previous Technical leadership with the ability to enhance, update and evolve their platform

Their office is based in central London, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
