BESS - Technical Solutions Lead
Based in UK
Experienced BESS engineering professional required to work in a global multidisciplinary team to ensure business success of BESS product and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BESS industry and a proven track record of managing energy storage engineering projects. Excellent opportunity in the renewable energy sector!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for BESS solutions in the UK market.
- Identify and qualify potential BESS customers across various sectors (e.g., utilities, commercial & industrial).
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Manage a portfolio of existing BESS customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Oversee the delivery of BESS projects, working closely with internal teams (engineering, operations) and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BESS technologies, market trends, and regulations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for BESS projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power Engineering or relevant engineering background.
- Proven experience in BESS engineering projects.
- Experience in Europe ideal.
- Strong understanding of BESS technology.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.
