About the USA Tech Team
Our team’s objective is to bring the same high-quality digital experience that customers enjoy in the UK and Ireland to customers across the USA. To deliver this, we work across the entire online ordering stack — Locate, Menu, Payment and Orders — as well as Loyalty, Identity and the frontend app and web experiences.
- The Locate domain is key to discovering restaurant capabilities during online ordering and third-party integrations, helping communicate to our customers and other systems what a restaurant can offer.
- The Menu domain’s primary objective is to support the business in presenting menu items digitally, effectively translating the physical menu into a seamless digital experience.
- The Payment domain covers everything related to getting money in for our eCommerce journeys, making integration with our payment provider a critical responsibility.
- The Orders domain handles taking, processing and tracking customer orders end to end, making sure every order placed online reaches the right restaurant accurately and on time.
- The Loyalty domain rewards customers for choosing Nando’s, building the programmes and integrations that recognise and retain them.
- The Identity domain manages how customers sign up, sign in and are recognised across our digital experiences, keeping their accounts secure and seamless.
- Our frontend applications bring these domains together across web and app, delivering the rich, consistent experience our customers interact with every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
