Are you an experienced technology leader with a passion for cloud, infrastructure, cyber security, DevSecOps, and enterprise data platforms?
We're looking for a Technical Lead to provide strategic technical leadership across a complex enterprise technology environment. You'll lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, shape technical strategy, drive innovation, and ensure secure, scalable, and resilient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams including Systems Engineers, Data Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and Technical Specialists.
- Provide technical leadership across:
- Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Hybrid Infrastructure
- Kubernetes & OpenShift
- DevSecOps & Infrastructure as Code
- Cyber Security
- Enterprise Data Platforms & Analytics
- Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
- Drive cloud transformation, automation, platform engineering, and DataOps initiatives.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for major incidents, technical risks, and enterprise programmes.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Cyber Security, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Platforms.
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Azure
- Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Hybrid Infrastructure
- CI/CD & Automation
- Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell or Python
- Enterprise Networking & Identity Management
- Data Platforms & Analytics
- Platform Engineering
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.

Desirable Certifications
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
- CISSP / CCSP
- TOGAF
- ITIL
- SAFe / Scrum / PRINCE2
Industry Experience: Experience within Defence, Aerospace, Government, or other highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
