Role Overview

Role Title: Technical Lead

Employment Type: Full-Time / Professional

Core Focus: Driving innovative technical solutions, guiding engineering teams through complex challenges, and leading digital transformations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery & Leadership

  • Collaborate with clients to bridge business objectives with technical capabilities.
  • Lead technical teams in delivering complex, enterprise-grade applications.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance, including debugging, troubleshooting, and architectural decision-making.
  • Drive solutions using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Team Mentorship & Growth

  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers in coding, architecture, and problem-solving through pair programming and code reviews.
  • Lead internal recruitment efforts, design/deliver training, and participate in communities of practice.
  • Shape solutions and provide insights to support new project acquisition.

Qualifications & Requirements

Engineering & Architecture

  • Solid foundation in engineering principles, scalable system design, and security best practices.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications on major platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (JavaScript, Java,.Net) and associated full-stack frameworks.
  • Expertise in modern architectural patterns (e.g., event-driven architecture, platform migration) and engineering standards (e.g., TDD, contract testing, secure coding).

Operations & Lifecycle Management

  • Expertise in shaping the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), including infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Experience collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams using monitoring and observability tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize system performance via load testing, caching strategies, and database/application logic tuning.
