They've become a leading partner in the B2B2C Health space, working with the NHS and major health insurers to deliver direct-to-consumer products that create genuine, lasting behavioural change.

As they grow, they're laser-focused on their target audience and on building a highly engaging experience that supports people to make life-changing health improvements.
About the Role
As Tech Lead, you'll be one of the most experienced individual contributors in the engineering team, working within a cross-functional pod and leading longer-running or cross-cutting technical work when problems cross team boundaries. This isn't a people-management role and it isn't an architecture-only role - you'll stay hands-on in the code while raising the bar for the systems, decisions and engineers around you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
