Technical Lead Java
London / Hybrid
Contract
We are hiring a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong experience in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development activities across multiple Agile teams.
- Drive technical solutioning, architectural reviews, and development best practices.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable, secure, and highly available microservices architectures.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Azure messaging services.
- Develop asynchronous processing patterns for high-volume transactions.
- Design and manage Document Database solutions.
- Develop scalable data models and access patterns.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Experience in Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and integration patterns.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available applications.
- Knowledge of Document Databases and NoSQL technologies.
- Expertise in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
- Experience leading Agile development teams and delivery initiatives.
- Strong code review, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
