Technical Lead - Salesforce
Competitive Salary
Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office
We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will:
- Lead the design & delivery of integration workstreams by providing instructions/guidelines to the technical development team
- Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Be required to lead and manage a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers
- Be required to help design business processes including automations based on the Salesforce Platform
- Translate business requirements and develop functional and technical designs
- Build integration jobs based on instructions and guidelines, and build/implement web-based user interfaces
- Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to concurrent version system repository
- Have experience leading detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions

As well as the above requirements, they are looking for someone who can bring their Salesforce knowledge, experience, and work ethic to support the smooth delivery of a wide range of Salesforce projects. This role is a client-facing position so excellent communication and presentation skills are required to be able to lead the Technical Design and Solution for each project and client engagement.
