The Role
As Lead Software Engineer, you’ll:
- Design and develop scalable web applications and APIs.
- Make key architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy.
- Lead engineering discussions and influence design approaches.
- Mentor developers and support the growth of the wider engineering team.
- Champion clean code, testing, automation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Play a central role in a large-scale platform transformation.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and helping others succeed.
You’ll bring:
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
- Proven experience building applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
- Experience designing and working with APIs and modern software architectures.
- A passion for building clean, scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
