Role Overview

This is a senior, client-facing technical leadership role combining deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

You will be responsible for shaping solution architecture, leading development teams, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge, enterprise-grade solutions.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to be based in either London or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform technologies
  • Define and uphold technical standards, ensuring best practice across development and architecture
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, including oversight of development and code reviews
  • Drive full project lifecycle delivery from discovery through to deployment
  • Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and security standards, particularly within regulated environments
  • Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions
  • Present solutions, proposals, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
  • Stay at the forefront of Microsoft and AI innovation, introducing new tools and approaches to enhance delivery

About You

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g. Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, enterprise-level cloud solutions
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI-driven Microsoft technologies is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Strategic thinker, able to align technology decisions with business outcomes
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and team development
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365) are advantageous
