About the Role
We're working with a fast-growing FinTech that's using AI to remove friction from the financial application process, cutting the time it takes customers to go from application to decision.
They're now looking for a Technical Lead to lead a team of around 7 engineers, reporting directly into the Head of Engineering. You'll have significant influence and scope.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to step back from code and just manage.

Would suit an experienced technical lead or a strong Senior Engineer ready to step up into their first official Lead role.
Setup:
- Central London Office
- Hybrid working, with flexibility about on-site days.
Salary:
£ 100,000 - £120,000 depending on experience
