Threasury is a UK fintech building a new category of financial technology designed to help people move from financial intention to financial execution.
We are preparing for commercial launch and are recruiting our core team to help build and scale the business.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of our production technology platform, engineering delivery, security and reliability.
You'll work directly with the founder and lead the technical development of a growing fintech platform.

What You'll Do
- Own production architecture, backend services and web/mobile engineering.
- Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD and production deployments.
- Develop secure, reliable APIs and financial-provider integrations.
- Maintain application security, monitoring and incident-response processes.
- Lead engineering standards, testing and release management.
- Coordinate external security assessments and remediation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with proven production ownership.
- Expertise in backend development, APIs, databases and modern frontend technologies.
- Practical AWS, CI/CD and cloud-security experience.
- Experience building reliable, scalable systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on leadership approach.

Desirable: Fintech, payments, Open Banking, banking APIs or regulated technology experience.
