ISQ Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively supporting a growing, family-owned food manufacturing business in Norfolk with their search for a Food Safety & Technical Lead.

This is a newly created opportunity for someone who wants to take genuine ownership of food safety and help shape the function as the business continues to grow.

Please note this client does not offer Visa sponsorship. Only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK and relevant experience will be considered.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact food safety role where you'll take ownership of HACCP and food safety across the business, lead the journey towards accreditations, and drive improvements across standards, systems, and processes.

Working closely with the owners and wider management team, you'll have the authority to challenge, influence and make change happen. Initially a standalone position, this is also an opportunity to shape and build the food safety function as the business grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
