Job Opportunity
We’re looking for a Technical Level Designer to join a multi-game level-based studio, where players enjoy a wide range of experiences. From the eat and grow chaos in Hole Stars to the conveyor-based puzzle sorting of Jelly Busters.
Role Description
As a Technical Level Designer, you will collaborate with a team to craft world-leading player experiences and content. You will own solution-making across features, prototypes, and level improvements — concepting and building new gameplay elements in Unity, developing tools and automation that speed up the design pipeline, and using data to analyze, tune, and improve your work. You will also help lead our R&D into AI-powered design workflows, exploring how we prototype, generate, and balance content faster. This is an exciting opportunity to work on many new games with a team of passionate, experienced professionals on top-tier products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
