The Maintenance & Reliability Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all planned maintenance, repairs, and statutory inspections across company assets to ensure maximum operational availability, reliability, and compliance. The role balances operational requirements with preventive maintenance programs and regulatory inspection schedules, ensuring assets remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Working on a fixed 12-hour shift pattern covering both days and nights, the Maintenance & Reliability Planner will develop and manage maintenance plans that optimize asset utilization while ensuring adherence to preventative maintenance schedules, statutory inspection requirements, and reliability objectives. Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, outsourced, and statutory maintenance activities to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and inspection requirements.
- Act as the primary engineering contact during shifts, coordinating maintenance priorities with operational and engineering teams.
- Manage and optimize maintenance activities within the IFS CMMS, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and data integrity.
- Monitor asset performance, maintenance trends, and KPIs, producing reports to support operational and engineering decision-making.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers to maintain effective preventive maintenance programs aligned with manufacturer recommendations.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation, including RAMS, inspection records, and asset data, is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained in company systems.
- Support resource planning and workforce allocation to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal operational disruption.
- Maximize asset availability, reliability, and safety while ensuring statutory inspections and preventive maintenance activities are completed on time.

Your Profile:
- ONC qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Proactive team player with a collaborative, innovative, and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAM/CMMS) is desirable, particularly within Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, or Reliability modules.
- Previous maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination experience is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance planning principles, asset management, and HSE requirements is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
