Technical Manager | Luxury Ready to Wear
Waterloo, London | Full-time | Up to £50,000
Curated Search is exclusively partnering with a highly regarded luxury design studio to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Manager.
Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you'll lead the technical development of bespoke womenswear, menswear and accessories for an exceptional portfolio of luxury hospitality and retail brands. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-growing business, offering genuine ownership and long-term opportunity.
The Role
- Lead garment technology across multi-product collections, from concept through to production.
- Own garment construction, fit, grading, technical specifications, testing and quality standards.
- Manage technical fit sessions, critical paths and approvals, ensuring exceptional product delivery.
- Work closely with Design, Pattern Cutting, Product Development and international suppliers to bring collections to life.
- Present confidently to clients and provide technical expertise throughout the development process.
- Mentor the Garment Technologist while driving continuous improvement across technical processes and quality.

About You
- Luxury or premium apparel experience is essential.
- Strong tailoring, garment construction, grading and fit expertise.
- Experience working across multi-product collections.
- Confident managing suppliers, clients and technical stakeholders.
- Commercial, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Salary & Benefits
- Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
