Site Technical Manager
Location: Devon
Salary: £Negotiable, depending on experience
Are you an experienced Technical professional looking to lead Food Safety, Quality, and Technical standards within a high-care food manufacturing environment?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful food manufacturing business, leading the Technical function and driving food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager who can provide strong leadership across the Technical function while working closely with Operations to ensure standards are consistently maintained. You'll bring strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems, alongside the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in a Technical, Quality, or Food Safety leadership role within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety requirements
- High-care or high-risk experience would be advantageous
