Technical Manager | Jarrow, Tyne & Wear
Libra Seafoods, part of the Landauer Group, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead food safety, quality, and compliance within a high-risk seafood manufacturing environment.
You will drive technical excellence across the site, leading BRCGS compliance, customer audits, quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of a high-performing technical team. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:
- Technical/Quality leadership experience in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, retailer standards, and food legislation
- Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections
- Excellent people leadership and continuous improvement skills
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Desirable:
- Seafood manufacturing experience
- Lead Auditor qualification
- Experience with ERP or quality management systems
