Role: Technical Manager
The role is for a Technical Manager who will act as the senior technical anchor across multiple client engagements — moving between solution architecture, hands-on problem solving, and senior client advisory.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading solution architecture across a portfolio of client engagements
- Acting as the senior technical voice in client conversations, advising on feasibility, trade-offs, and risk
- Driving engineering standards and best practices, ensuring speed doesn’t compromise quality
- Shaping and delivering AI-first solutions, embedding modern tooling into real-world use cases
- Supporting and mentoring engineers, helping raise the overall technical capability of the team
- Collaborating with wider teams to scale prototypes into robust, long-term solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in engineering, architecture, or technical leadership
- Experience operating in client-facing or consulting environments
- Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple technologies
- Comfortable working across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures
- Practical experience with AI tools and emerging technologies, with a clear understanding of where they add value
- A natural communicator, able to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys variety in their role
