Technical Service Manager (Coffee Machines / White Goods)
£55,000 - £65,000 + 6k Car Allowance + 6.5k Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you a Service Manager from a coffee machines/white goods or similar background, looking to join a rapidly expanding company, offering a fully autonomous role, where you can take the reins and grow your own team of Engineers?
Are you looking to take on a wealth of responsibilities, where every day present fresh challenges, recognised as the leading, go-to technical expert in a thriving business?
In this role, you will be:
- Part of the senior leadership team
- Taking full ownership of the entire technical division
- Responsible for KPI management, engineer oversight, CRM updates, and technical documentation alike
- Building a team of engineers, service advisors, PDI technicians and more
- Playing an active role in shaping the wider business, strategy and its future growth
