Lichfield

Are you a Technical Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer or Electrical Design Engineer looking to take ownership of engineering standards, compliance and technical approval within a growing renewable energy business?

On offer is an opportunity to join an expanding company at the forefront of the UK's transition towards sustainable energy. You'll become the senior technical authority within the business, overseeing electrical design, compliance and project delivery across a range of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects.

This company specialises in the design and installation of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems and is seeking an experienced electrical professional to lead the technical function. Whilst experience within Solar PV is advantageous, applications are welcomed from engineers with strong backgrounds in electrical design, power distribution, building services, industrial installations, switchgear, controls or other related electrical engineering sectors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
