Our client specialises in delivering a blend of open-market and affordable homes and has a strong reputation for quality and sustainability. With a particular presence across South Wales and the South West, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Technical Manager to join what is already a high-performing department.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all design and technical deliverables from inception to handover
- Manage consultants, drawings and specifications in line with programme and budget
- Ensure compliance with HA/Registered Provider specifications and design guides
- Support land, planning, and commercial teams with technical input
- Drive innovation, sustainability and buildability in all designs
